A multi-faceted reality, with high expectations from citizens, especially the young ones, sport has become an important economic sector, a major social fact, a political and geopolitical issue, a source of inspiration and values worldwide.
What is the future of sport? What are the national and international rules of the game? What practices? What models? What lessons can we learn from the Paris 2024 Games and the growing number of major international sporting events?
Based on the work of SKEMA Publika and GIE France Sport Expertise, and with the participation of national and international personalities, we offer you a 360° vision of all these aspects of sport. Our aim is to help you better understand the new wealth of sport, both known and unknown, present and future, so that you can make informed decisions.
The conference was also an opportunity for the think tank to present our May 2024 report on “The future of sport: what national and international policies ?” , pertaining to the global governance of sport and the dynamics of interaction between different sporting models across the globe, which is following on from our June 2023 report on “The Future of Sport: Needs and Ideas of International Youth for Use by Policymakers“.
