1/ Subscription Management

The processing of personal data related to subscription services to the newsletter and to notifications is managed by SKEMA PUBLIKA. Its purpose is to manage the transmission of the newsletter, of notifications when new articles are published online and of information regarding events.

The processing allows to manage subscriptions, events and to compile statistics related to this service.

The following personal data is processed: cyour name, your email address, the date you subscribed to the website, and service-related statistics. Your data is only processed if you have subscribed to SKEMA PUBLIKA’s website. Your data will be retained until you unsubscribe (by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in subscription emails).

2/ Personal Data Management

When you use the website, we may collect the following data: the URLs of the links from which you accessed the website, your internet service provider, and your internet protocol (IP) address.

The data collected through our various online forms are used by the school’s services for the purposes mentioned below, and are kept for two years:
• Statistics
• Sending notifications by email: new publications of articles
• Sending the newsletter
• Sending invitations of informations regarding events

All data collected via forms on the website is stored in electronic files by SKEMA Business School. This data is intended for internal use and, where applicable, for the school’s subsidiaries and/or subcontractors. We will only transfer data to third parties for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, and will always do so in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected. Such third parties are bound by a confidentiality obligation and are only permitted to use your data in accordance with our contractual provisions and applicable legislation.

All required information is marked with an asterisk. Other than in the cases mentioned above, we undertake never to sell, assign, transfer or allow third parties to access your data without your prior consent, except where we have a legitimate reason to do so (to meet a legal or contractual obligation, to combat fraud or abuse, to defend ourselves against a legal claim, etc.). If we transfer your data outside the European Union, we will ensure that the country to which we are transferring it offers an adequate level of data protection.
