Benjamin Legros is Professor of Operations Management at SKEMA Business School (Centre for Analytics & Management Science, Grand Paris campus). His research focuses on the optimisation of real-time decision-making in stochastic systems (queues, MDPs) with applications in contact centres, transport, and healthcare. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from CentraleSupélec (2013) and an accreditation to supervise research (HDR, 2024). His work has been published in journals including Production and Operations Management, Operations Research, and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management.
