Associate Professor of Econometrics and Data Science, SKEMA Business School

Professor of Econometrics and Data Science at SKEMA Business School and Director of the Chair for Prevention and Access to Healthcare (SKEMA – Université Côte d’Azur). His research focuses primarily on the economic behaviour of self-employed healthcare professionals (fee setting and location) and on evaluating the effectiveness of public health policies. He has conducted numerous studies on access to healthcare and medical desertification for UFC Que-Choisir. He is also behind the creation of a unique health data platform and, in 2026, will launch the first Observatory on Access to Healthcare in France.
