Associate Professor in Information Systems Management and Digital Transformation
Nabila BOUKEF holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Paris-Dauphine. She teaches information systems management and digital transformation at SKEMA Business School (Lille campus). She has received several awards, including the prize for the best thesis in information systems in France, the prize for the best article and the prize for the best reviewer of the journal Système d'information et management. She is interested in the role of information systems in the transformation of work and organizational relationships. Her current research focuses on the digital transformation of companies, the functioning of dispersed teams, knowledge sharing in corporate social networks and its impact on creativity and employee well-being. His research work has been published in various scientific journals including Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Strategic Information Systems and Système d'information et management.
